God of All Comfort

I'm so touched by my blogger friends here and there. You all made my days bright while waiting for my trip back to the Phil. either for operation or don't know.

Thanks to all of you for your support and votes. I really appreciate all your efforts to click and vote for my blog.

I could attest that God is a God of order, a God of comfort, a God of humor and a God who cares. As you all know, I'm preparing for my trip and while waiting the Lord is giving me joy everyday amidst my fears and anxiety. The fact that I will be facing another change of our lives as a family and in the midst of all these, He gave me a smile. It didn't come to my mind that this blog would receive that prestige although not that big and enormous but it helps me smile every time I remember and my teenager is also excited to invite his friends around, haha! what a comfort.

I remember every time I was down or feeling bad I either won in a contest and someone will just let me know or someone will bless us something that would make my heart joyful. Indeed, the Lord really cares for His children. Even in small things, He really keeps us in the shadow of His wings that we will never stumble nor fall.

Thinking of the expenses and the preparations I'm groping in the dark. I don't know what to do first...Anyhow, I'm happy for God's blessings though my baby is gone, I could never fathom His greatness in our lives and how He cares for us.

Nominated for the Filipino Blog of the Week

Filipinos around the world are now involved in this so-called blogging world. I had been blogging since last year and I have seen a lot of Filipinos being a part of this blogging industry, so to say. I blog for fun and to share what I've seen, read, places I've been to and experiences I've been through. I also enjoy blogging just to share the exotic food we've tasted as a family not only in the Phil. but in other countries where my family traveled, new culture and wonderful people we've met along the way. It's fun meeting people here especially Filipino friends I've met in the blogosphere.

Just this day, I received a message telling me that this blog of mine was nominated for the Filipino Blog of the week. I was astonished and amazed. I never thought of this, however, when I checked the link it's really true. I was so glad and my hubby and teenager was so happy seeing my blog as one of the nominees.

To all of my friends here, I would like to ask your heartfelt support. I can do this with your great help in voting for me. I would like to ask a favor to please vote for my blog, sparing your little time of voting would mean a lot to me, everyday for just a week. I appreciate it so much. Skywatch Friday

This is the place I love the most. We were here a Genting Highlands, Malaysia last 2007. A wonderful and cool place on top of the mountain ranges. Many visitors visited this place every now and then. We also watched an amazing show with all the lions and tigers with a strong man taming all these animals with great dancers. It's really an amazing show. More Skywatch Friday posts here.

The Fascinating Boracay Island

This is the place that I would love to visit. Boracay Island is in the Visayas Region in the Phil. A lot of foreigners came and visited this tourist spot. Artists and lovers alike came to this fantastic place. Others wanted to relax while some wanted to see what Boracay is all about. This place is known I guess to most people around the globe. A very known place where people loved to visit and see for themselves.

Although Boracay is very commercialized and expensive, but still a lot of people wished to come like me. lol! I wanted to see what is that inside Boracay and why people really wanted to see the beauty of it. There is such thing as a driving force that magnitize people to come and even tempted people to spend a lot just to see the place. I don't know, but I wanted to see by myself. If given a chance, I will see this place sooner or later, hehe!
